Join CASA for a practical discussion about the role we all play in keeping aviation safe. Organised by Sigma Aerospace College, this session is designed for aircraft maintenance engineers, apprentices and aviation maintenance personnel.

Through real maintenance examples and realistic licensing scenarios, we’ll explore what a strong safety culture looks like in the hangar, how to raise concerns constructively, and when to involve your supervisor, your organisation’s safety management system or CASA. The discussion will also consider how frontline experience can help improve training, Part 66 licence pathways and regulatory guidance without lowering safety standards.
